1. Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of cartheftsolutions.com and any installation service provided by Car Theft Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By booking an installation, using a free tool, or contacting us, you accept these terms.
2. Our services
We install Autowatch Ghost II, Ghost 3 (Ghost III) and Ghost II PRO immobilisers, GPS vehicle trackers (Thatcham and TASSA-approved), and provide free AI tools including the AI Vehicle Risk Report and the Sentinel AI Advisor chat.
We do not install vehicle alarms. Aftermarket alarms are not part of our service offering.
3. Pricing
Autowatch Ghost II: from £499 inc VAT fully fitted. Ghost 3 (Ghost III): £549 inc VAT fully fitted, with a standard £100 deposit forming part of the total and £449 balance. Ghost II PRO: from £599 inc VAT. The appropriate model is confirmed against current vehicle compatibility before installation. GPS tracker pricing is confirmed at booking. 0% finance options may be available subject to status.
Autowatch Ghost II (Ghost 2) is being phased out as the next-generation Ghost 3 supersedes it. All new Ghost II installations and bundles are subject to availability and remaining stock. Please confirm stock with Car Theft Solutions before booking. This phase-out does not change existing owners' warranty cover.
Ghost II pricing is fixed by Autowatch UK and is identical at every approved installer.
4. Booking and deposit
You can book an installation online and pay a deposit to secure your slot. The deposit forms part of the total price; the balance is paid on completion of the installation.
All card payments are processed by our payment processor using encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellations more than 48 hours before the booked slot receive a full deposit refund. Within 48 hours the deposit may be retained as an administration fee. Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before the slot — contact info@cartheftsolutions.co.uk or 0333 370 3259.
6. Warranty and installation
The Autowatch Ghost II / II PRO carries a 2-year manufacturer warranty. GPS trackers carry their manufacturer warranty as stated at booking. Installation is non-invasive and does not affect the manufacturer vehicle warranty.
A TASSA installation certificate is emailed the same day for insurance and warranty purposes.
7. TASSA verification — accurate credentials only
The Ghost II is TASSA verified (since 1 March 2020), insurance recognised, and formally approved by Toyota Insurance Services. It is not Thatcham rated. Any installer claiming Thatcham status for the Ghost II is incorrect — the same standard applies in these terms.
8. AI tools — guidance only
The Sentinel AI Advisor and AI Vehicle Risk Report are provided free for guidance only. They do not replace your own judgement, professional security advice, or your insurer's recommendations. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate.
9. Liability and force majeure
Our liability is limited to the cost of the installation service. We are not liable for consequential losses, for vehicle theft or damage occurring after installation, or for events outside our reasonable control — including manufacturer software updates that affect Ghost operation.
10. Refunds
Refunds are at our discretion and governed by Section 5. Defective products are covered by the manufacturer warranty above.
11. Intellectual property
All content on cartheftsolutions.com — including copy, illustrations, the Sentinel AI branding, the Stealth Engineering overlay, the Theft Heatmap, the Ghost Defence Simulator and the AI Risk Report — belongs to Car Theft Solutions.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The revision date above reflects the most recent version.
