All bookings will require customers to pay a £100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit which secures the booking slot in our diary.

Without the deposit being paid, the time and date agreed on the initial consultation will regrettably not be secured.

Once received, the amount of the deposit paid will be deducted off the final price on the day after completion of the job.

If you have paid a deposit and need to reschedule, your time slot can be moved if you inform us 48 hours prior to your booking date and time.

Failure to do so will result in the deposit being lost and a full repayment of the deposit will need to be made to secure a future booking.
